On behalf of our client in Luton, UK, Lingocruit recruits German speaking customer service agents for one of the world's largest automotive companies. The service involves providing essential emergency support to drivers in time of accidents or emergencies.

This role requires problem solving and strong coordinating skills. Who are you
  • Native or near-native German speaker with good level of English
  • You have an organized and structured approach to work
  • Social and communicative team worker
  • Service driven and result oriented 
  • Previous experience of customer service is meritorious

  • Communicating with customers by telephone, email and online to provide outstanding service. 
  • Effectively answer all types of customer contact including emergency and non-emergency calls, general enquiries and other patient dependent calls.
  • Assist drivers and their passengers through all message types; including routing throughout Europe and performing vehicle diagnostics remotely.

Other conditions
40 hours per week. The workplace is situated within a 40-minute train ride outside central London. All new team members are welcomed with relocation assistance. Support in finding accommodation and other practical things. Advance in wages up to £400 to help with first month’s rent and deposit.
