Customer service agent to online tour operator Expedia

Lingocruit is now recruiting customer care agents to Lisbon, Portugal. The role includes assisting the customers of the well-known travel agency Expedia in making online bookings, changes and cancellations but also in payment-related questions.

Expedia is a leading tour operator offering services for travelers. The client has plenty of partner companies and together they are responsible for over 100 locations.

The ideal candidate:

  • Passionate about traveling and tourism
  • Native level of German and Advanced level of English
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
