German customer service agent to online tour operator Expedia in Lisbon!

On behalf of our client Lingocruit is now recruiting customer care agents to Lisbon, Portugal. The role includes assisting the customers of the well-known travel agency Expedia in making online bookings, changes and cancellations but also in payment-related questions.

Expedia is a leading tour operator offering services for travellers. The client has plenty of partner companies and together they are responsible for over 100 locations.


The ideal candidate:

  • Passionate about traveling and tourism
  • Native level of German and Advanced level of English
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
