In this role you'll assist incoming customer emails and calls with questions regarding vehicle rental.

The job

  • Provide excellent service while answering incoming calls and emails from Danish customers
  • Assist customers with online booking of car rental services and other related services
  • Listen to customer's needs and wants and provide them with answers and solutions 
  • Provide information about payments, changes, cancellation or other concerns

You’re a good fit for the job if you

  • Are are a native Danish speaker
  • Have good English skills (B1 Level)
  • Are a pro-active doer
  • Are positive and service oriented
  • Are structured and meticulous
  • Have a knack for communication and service
