Your role would be to provide excellent customer service for travellers all over the world.

 

  • Daily activities
  • Assist customers while online booking of car rental service and other travel-related services.
  • Listening to customers’ needs and wants and providing them with answers and solutions for both “in travel” and “post travel” situations.
  • Providing information about payments, changes, cancellation or other concerns.

 

  • The ideal candidate
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Dutch
  • English skills (B1 Level)
  • Pro-active doer
  • Positive and service oriented
  •  Structured and meticulous
  • Talented in communication and service
