Your role would be to provide excellent customer service for a world-leading transportation industry service 

 

Daily activities: 

  • Provide information regarding orders, payments, shipping and delivery
  • Listening to customers needs and wants and providing them with answers and solutions
  • Main contact with external sellers
  • Providing information about products
  • Communicating with other departments

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Speaks and writes fluently in Dutch
  • English skills (B1 Level)
  • Pro-active doer
  • Positive and service oriented
  • Structured and meticulous
  • Talented in communication and service
