On behalf of our client, Lingocruit is now looking for Danish speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their dedicated team in Lisbon. Our client offers temporary remote training possibilities and safe relocation to Portugal!

As a Customer Service agent your role is to take care of Danish speaking customers and help them with any questions and/or problems. You will guide the customers through incoming calls, emails and chat. 

The training is starting 1st of June 2020. Are you ready to relocate and start a new international adventure? Our client will help you with flights and accommodation!

Our client is a world-leading company within Customer Service and has won awards as the best company to work for in Portugal.  Good internal possibilities for career development, a majority of the managers started out at some point as agents in Customer Service. 


You’re a good fit for the job if you
• Are a native Danish speaker 
• Are service oriented
• Are solution oriented
• Can communicate in English

The salary is set at €1550/month. Keep in mind the lower costs of living, the average national monthly income in Portugal is €925 and prices are tailored towards that. You can rent an apartment in Lisbon for around €250-500.
